1. Product Categories and Lead Times

We offer three types of product categories, each with its own processing and delivery timeline:

a. Ready-to-Wear Collection

(Includes Co-ord Sets, Chiffon Hijabs, and Women Bottoms)

  • Processing Time: 2–3 working days
  • Delivery Time:
    • Lahore: 1 working day (overnight courier)
    • Other Cities: 3–4 working days
  • Estimated Delivery Cycle:
    • Lahore: 2–3 working days total
    • Other Cities: 3–7 working days total

b. Unstitched Collection

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days
  • Delivery Time:
    • Lahore: 1 working day
    • Other Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Estimated Delivery Cycle: 2–6 working days total

c. Customized Stitching Orders

  • Processing Time: 4–10 working days (depending on design and workload)
  • Delivery Time:
    • Lahore: 1 working day
    • Other Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Estimated Delivery Cycle: 5–14 working days total

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250/- applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping Promotions may apply from time to time on specific products or order values. Please refer to ongoing promotional offers on our website, social media pages, or advertisements for current details.

3. Order Confirmation and Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details.
  • You will be notified again once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders are processed during business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across Pakistan. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier network issues
  • Public holidays or unforeseen operational delays

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Akse Wear will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@aksewear.com before your order is dispatched.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping options may be introduced in the future — please stay updated through our website and social channels.
