📜 Akse Wear Return & Refund Policy

At Akse Wear, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Please review our updated return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in cases where the item received is defective or does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design).

We do not offer exchanges. All products are double-checked and confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch, eliminating the need for size or style swaps.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order by emailing returns@aksewear.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images highlighting the defect or mismatch

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Any items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for defective items or orders with confirmed discrepancies.

To claim a refund, notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing returns@aksewear.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or via bank transfer for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.


3. Customized Products

Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom slogan t-shirts) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A replacement will only be offered if the customized product delivered does not match the confirmed specifications at the time of order.


4. Important Notes

  • We do not accept product exchanges. Please ensure size and style confirmation before completing your order.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on Akse Wear’s part.
  • Akse Wear reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
