A 1-piece set is 2.5 yards of fabric, enough for a shirt or a bottom. A 2-piece set is 5 yards in total, 2.5 yards for the top and 2.5 yards for the bottom. A dupatta is not included, but we can provide one on customized orders.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will share a measurement chart. Once you confirm your measurements and style, we coordinate the stitching with you. Customized stitching takes 4–10 working days to prepare, depending on the design and our workload. After that, delivery takes 1 working day in Lahore and 2–4 working days in other cities, so the total is about 5–14 working days.

Khaddar, cotton and cambric fabrics shrink slightly, which is normal for these fabrics. Linen does not shrink noticeably.

Dry cleaning is not necessary. We recommend washing in water at normal temperature.

Yes, the colours in our ready-to-wear range are also available as unstitched fabric. If a colour you want is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will try to arrange it for you.

We do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or does not match what was confirmed at the time of order. Please email returns@aksewear.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and packaging. Customized orders cannot be returned unless they do not match the confirmed specifications. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours.

Ready to wear is already stitched, so you can wear it as soon as it arrives. Unstitched is fabric only, which you can get stitched by your own tailor, or through us on a customized order.

Ready-to-wear: 2–3 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 3–4 working days to other cities (about 2–3 days in total for Lahore, 3–7 days for other cities). Unstitched: 1–2 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 2–4 working days to other cities (about 2–6 days in total). Customized stitching: 4–10 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 2–4 working days to other cities (about 5–14 days in total).
