Our hijabs and scarves come in one standard size.

You can order on our website, or message us on WhatsApp. For customized orders, please use WhatsApp so we can confirm everything with you.

You can pay by cash on delivery, online bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay.

Ready-to-wear: 2–3 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 3–4 working days to other cities (about 2–3 days in total for Lahore, 3–7 days for other cities). Unstitched: 1–2 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 2–4 working days to other cities (about 2–6 days in total). Customized stitching: 4–10 working days to prepare, then 1 working day to Lahore or 2–4 working days to other cities (about 5–14 days in total).

We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 on all orders. From time to time we run free shipping offers on selected products or order amounts, so please check our website and social media pages.

We deliver all over Pakistan. We do not ship outside Pakistan at the moment. For international queries, please email us at sales@aksewear.com.

The colours in our pictures are very close to the real colours. A small difference can sometimes show because of lighting or your phone screen settings.

We do not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or does not match what was confirmed at the time of order. Please email returns@aksewear.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. The item must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags and packaging. Customized orders cannot be returned unless they do not match the confirmed specifications. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours.
